We, Hybridge Limited, need to ask your permission before we can use your personal data.

What personal data do we ask for?

Information including: first and last name, contact details including (email address, phone number(s) and home address), professional life data, screening information, gender diversity information, residency and immigration status and date of birth.  If you are contractor, once you have secured a contract you may be asked to provide: NI number, bank account details, VAT number, company registration, insurance details, references, credit and other background checks as required by our clients.

Why do we want your personal data?

For the provision of two services:

1. “Career advisory” – providing career advice, professional development, employment, job vacancies and general market information through corporate mailings.

2. “Finding work services” namely the sharing of potential career opportunities within potential employers to individuals (candidates) and then the sharing of the individuals’ details with any potential employer (client).

The sharing of an individual’s information with potential employers will only happen with the prior verbal or written consent of the individual and on a case by case basis.

• Provide information, products and services that you request, or (with your consent) which we think may interest you.

• Carry out our contracts with you.

• Allow you to use our interactive services if you want to.
