I’d used hybridge previously and while they didn’t find me my job last time, I’d enjoyed working with them so I was happy to use them again. I guess that’s one of the things I like about them, they genuinely care about the long-term relationship, rather than a short-term fix. 

They took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, identified a suitable opportunity for me, communicated regularly throughout the process and offered advice that always seemed fair, independent and balanced. I would definitely recommend them as they were interested in what I wanted in a career move, rather than working in their own interests and, through them, I got an excellent job with a great company.
