We met with Hybridge in regard to making several key appointments in the Internal Audit function. I decided to work with them because they clearly demonstrated expert market knowledge and deep access to talent. What particularly impressed me was the way they actively listened to my requirements and were able to translate the concepts outlined into practical solutions.  The outcome was that they completed a retained search for a very senior MD and then appointed the rest of the leadership team.  I’d recommend them to other Internal Audit leaders because, quite simply, they listen and deliver.
